TERMS OF USE The services of Axelle Frini (here in after referred to as “the Services”) are offered to you by Axelle Frini and governed by these terms of use (the “Terms”) and in accordance with Axelle Frini's privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). By accessing, using or downloading any information or content via the Services, or by indicating your agreement by creating an account, clicking “Register” or any similar mechanism, you agree to these Terms.

Axelle Frini's Services cannot be provided and these Terms cannot be performed without Axelle Frini processing data about you and its other users. This data processing is essential for the provision of the Services and necessary for the performance of the obligations arising from these Terms.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you reside outside the United States and Andorra, you have the right of withdrawal under the applicable legal provisions. You may cancel your subscription and request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase (the “Withdrawal Period”), provided that you have not used the Services as a subscriber during this period. Any use of the Services, even partial, during the Withdrawal Period will result in the loss of this right of withdrawal and the impossibility of obtaining a refund.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION NOTICE
These Terms contain provisions governing the resolution of disputes between you and Axelle Frini, including a binding arbitration clause, unless you are a resident of the European Union. Except for certain exclusions, this arbitration clause obligates you to submit any dispute against us to binding arbitration, limiting recourse to Axelle Frini individually, unless you elect to opt out in accordance with the instructions below.
